Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Rochester, New York -- earn up to ($2185 - $2300 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to improve nursing skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in New York with current certifications.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Willingness to engage in achieving performance targets and metrics.
Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing settings preferred.
Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Strong ability to monitor and assess patient vital signs effectively.
Ability to document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Knowledge of patient education techniques for health management.
Familiarity with technology and tools to enhance patient care.
