Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and quality metrics.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry care.
Commitment to continuous professional development and participation in training programs.
Proven experience in patient care within a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Strong accountability for personal performance and results within a team environment.
Strong ability to monitor and assess vital signs and patient health status.
Ability to adhere to safety and infection control protocols consistently.
Capability to utilize data and metrics to evaluate and improve patient care effectiveness.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions for growth.
Experience in documenting patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
