Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state required.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing preferred.
Ability to monitor and assess vital signs accurately.
Capability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Experience in documenting patient care accurately and timely.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Proficiency in using healthcare technology and tools.
Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
