Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients' conditions in the medical-surgical unit.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital signs.
Report and communicate critical patient information to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information and treatment plans accurately and timely.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Manage and prioritize multiple patient care tasks efficiently.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
Evaluate and improve patient care processes for better outcomes.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing and telemetry monitoring.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare team.
Proficiency in using telemetry equipment for cardiac monitoring.
Strong documentation skills for accurate patient information recording.
Proven track record in achieving targets and measuring results.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to educate patients and families on health conditions.
