Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Polson, Montana -- earn up to ($2440 - $2568 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.
Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Support a culture of accountability and individual success.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Montana and BLS certification required.
Willingness to take accountability for individual performance and results.
Experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Ability to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Knowledge of best practices in labor and delivery care.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation.
