Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 8-week contract in Flowood, Mississippi -- earn up to ($1946 - $2048 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.
Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Support a culture of accountability and individual performance.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Mississippi with experience in labor and delivery.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to assess and monitor patient conditions effectively.
Skills in managing labor and delivery emergencies efficiently.
Strong adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Willingness to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
