Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness. Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.

Experience/Qualifications

Current RN license in Oklahoma with ICU experience preferred. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Proven ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions effectively. Experience in administering medications and treatments in an ICU setting. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare. Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent documentation skills for patient progress and treatment outcomes. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Skills in educating patients and families on care procedures. Ability to train and mentor new nursing staff effectively.
