Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Castro Valley, California -- earn up to ($2455 - $2585 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in California with ICU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments as per protocols.
Adaptability to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare team for care planning.
Ability to document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Experience in educating patients and families about care procedures.
Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
