Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Yuma, Arizona -- earn up to ($2289 - $2410 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Engage in performance evaluations to track personal growth.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care plans.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate patient documentation.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Arizona with experience in emergency care.
Ability to meet departmental targets and performance metrics.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations for personal growth.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Proven ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
