Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Support a culture of accountability and high performance.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oregon and BLS/ACLS certifications required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience in emergency care or critical care settings is essential.
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff.
Ability to assess and triage patients based on urgency.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational skills for accurate patient documentation.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
