Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Marshall, Michigan -- earn up to ($2006 - $2112 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Utilize data to track and improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Michigan with ER experience preferred.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality emergency care to patients.
Ability to triage patients based on severity of conditions.
Eager to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Strong communication skills with patients and families essential.
Experience in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
Experience in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff.
Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures for compliance.
