Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Kinston, North Carolina -- earn up to ($1926 - $2027 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Utilize performance metrics to improve personal and team effectiveness.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance goals.
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Educate patients and families on health management and emergency procedures.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in North Carolina with emergency care experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Demonstrated accountability for personal success and meeting performance targets.
Proven ability to assess and respond to emergency situations effectively.
Proficiency in using performance metrics to enhance personal effectiveness.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.

Strong documentation skills for accurate and timely patient care records.
