Position: RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Johns Island, South Carolina -- earn up to ($1773 - $1866 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Stay updated on the latest emergency care practices and technologies.
Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Engage in performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in emergency care or critical care settings preferred.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
Adaptability to stay updated on emergency care practices and technologies.
Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performance team.
Capability to monitor and document patient progress accurately.
Proficient in using electronic health records and documentation systems.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
