Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric cardiovascular patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary. Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality. Stay updated on advancements in pediatric cardiovascular care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and families. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in South Carolina with pediatric cardiovascular care experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in nursing. Eagerness to learn and evolve in a growth-oriented business environment. Proficient in monitoring and assessing pediatric cardiovascular patient conditions. Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures in healthcare. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Experience with evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality. Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
