Position: RN-CVPICU-Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU.
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Stay updated on advancements in pediatric cardiovascular care.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
Experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU or similar critical care environment.
Strong assessment skills for monitoring vital signs and medical conditions.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Experience in maintaining accurate patient care documentation.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric care.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
