Position: RN-CVICU Pediatrics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-CVICU Pediatrics for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -- earn up to ($2538 - $2672 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in CVICU.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Educate families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Utilize data to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Manage time effectively to meet patient care deadlines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma with pediatric CVICU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess pediatric patient conditions effectively.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Proven ability to educate families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
Strong time management skills to meet patient care deadlines effectively.
Experience in maintaining accurate and timely patient care documentation.
Proficiency in utilizing data to evaluate and improve patient outcomes.
Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Ability to engage in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
