Position: RN-CVICU Pediatrics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-CVICU Pediatrics for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -- earn up to ($2538 - $2672 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in CVICU.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate families on care plans and post-discharge instructions.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license with a specialization in pediatric critical care nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Proven experience in a CVICU setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess patient conditions.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in pediatric nursing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in educating families on care and discharge plans.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Experience in mentoring and training new nursing staff.
