Position: RN-CVICU Pediatrics (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in CVICU.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Achieve and exceed performance targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Stay updated on the latest pediatric nursing practices and technologies.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care quality.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Oklahoma with pediatric CVICU experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong skills in monitoring and assessing pediatric patient conditions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Experience with evidence-based practices in pediatric nursing.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
