Position: RN-CCU-Critical Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-CCU-Critical Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Madison, Wisconsin -- earn up to ($2242 - $2360 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Critical Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure safety.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately and timely.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands efficiently.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Wisconsin with critical care experience.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Proven ability to monitor and assess critically ill patients.
Experience in administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care planning.
Strong understanding of patient education and health management.
Ability to document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Capacity to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Ability to engage in performance evaluations and accept feedback.
Experience in utilizing data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
