Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in cardiology settings.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans.
Educate patients and families on cardiology health and procedures.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance clinical skills.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the implementation of new cardiology protocols.
Experience/Qualifications
Must have a valid RN license in Illinois.
Experience in cardiology nursing preferred, with proven patient care skills.
Must be results-oriented with a focus on achieving performance targets.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Strong communication skills with patients and families.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
