Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and technology.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Ohio with Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient and team communication.
Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals during procedures.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Demonstrated ability to meet departmental targets and goals.
Experience with performance measurement and quality improvement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
