Position: RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia -- earn up to ($2674 - $2815 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.
Evaluate and improve care processes based on performance metrics.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes.
Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient care efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Virginia with Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to monitor and interpret patients' vital signs effectively.
Experience in assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation.
Strong collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to evaluate care processes and improve based on metrics.
Experience in educating patients and families about procedures.
Willingness to embrace a results-driven work environment.
