Position: RN-Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Contribute to achieving departmental and organizational targets.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care.
Utilize data to assess and enhance service delivery.
Educate patients and families about procedures and care plans.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas and BLS/ACLS certification required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment with measurable results.
Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting preferred.
Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures is essential.
Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and patient monitoring techniques.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
Proficient in utilizing data to assess and improve service delivery.
