Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs and progress Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

Requirements
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Certifications:
AHA or Red Cross BLS
(Basic Life Support) requiredLicensure:
Active Alabama RN license
orCompact State License
No temporary licenses accepted
Must be verifiable viaNURSYS
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of RN experience
Will consider candidates with18 months of experience
under a full professional license At least1 year in the specialty (Med Surg/Telemetry)
