Position Description THIS POSITION IS AUTO-OFFER Unit: Oncology 7A - Mercy Hospital Springfield Specialty: Med Surg/Oncology Role/Title: RN Shift: Nights, 1900-0700 Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 (candidate choice) Assignment Length: 8-26 weeks Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only, Chemo Certification , NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start) Required Experience : 1 year Med Surg, 1 year Oncology Must be willing to float when needed MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONSparseGeneralComments Comments .bd_title { font-weight: bold } Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
