Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and effective communication skills. This role requires frequent travel to construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with all contractual obligations.

Duties

Oversee crew on a daily basis and ensure all specifications and safety requirements are being met and followed. Work closely with field staff and sub-contractors. Utilize construction management software for daily pictures and project updates. Take delivery of materials and keep up to date with accurate material tracking through the process of the project. Develop and maintain project schedules per the requirements of each individual job. Collaborate with team members daily. Maintain daily communication with building representatives. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Schedule inspections as needed with manufacturer reps, city inspectors and consultants. Communicate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

Minium (5) years experience working within the commercial roof industry. Familiarity working with EPDM, TPO, mod bit and built-up roof systems. Read and understand job specifications, drawings and blueprints. Basic computer skills and ability to use company software. Experience managing roof crews and subs. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks. Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams. Experience with project coordination in a fast-paced environment is essential. Ability and willingness to travel to various locations throughout the United Sates.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
