Travel Position Heavy Equipment Operator

Description:
- Hiring for two heavy equipment operators to run various equipment on traveling projects. They will be doing all dirtwork and grading on commercial and industrial projects ranging 5-15 million in size. Candidates will be running the trackhoe, backhoe, dozer and blade. Looking for candidates who are have experience fine grading, mass excavation, foundation work, reading stakes, using GPS systems, traveling for 2-4 weeks at a time nationwide. Possible that you could also be installing new utilities on these commercial projects (water, sewer, storm, etc).
- Excavator, Heavy equipment, Dozer, Construction, Backhoe, Loader, Blade, Motor Grader, Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Grading, sitework, overlot, foundation, stakes, GPS, Utilities, excavation, etc.
- Certifications on equipment, safety, etc are preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial HEO preferred - dirt or utility experience.
- Looking for candidates with strong work tenure and previous travel positions on their resume.
- 5+ years of experience running heavy equipment on commercial/industrial earthwork projects.
- Leadership experience is a bonus
- Must be willing to travel nationwide, current needs are near Texas and New Mexico.
- Housing is covered for candidates.
