Job Description

Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Retirement Facility treating the assisted living patient population. We are a Quality of Care Focused ILF/ALF facility in Alexandria, VA.
$1950 - $2100 weekly net take-home pay!

• First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits through UHC.
• Temp to Perm available
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Approx 5 visits scheduled per day. 40 hours guaranteed
• Weekly expectations to meet 40 hours=28-30 points
• Wellsky is EMR system
• Prior HH experience preferred

Visit weight--SOC/ROC=2 points, OASIS DC/Eval/Recert=1.5 points, Follow-up visits=1 point
Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Retirement Community (Assisted & Independent Living Facility)
Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
