Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2448 Weekly Gross Pay for a 48-hour work week

(Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit:

Behavioral health units (Pediatric Inpatient)

Shifts available: Nights

Shift timings:

12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm - 7.30 am

Schedule:

36 or 48 hours/week guaranteed, 3 or 4 shifts per week, every other weekend and some on-call

Position Requirements:

LPN experience: 5 years - Required 1 - 2 years of recent/Current Psychiatric or Behavioral health nursing, recent experience within the last 3 months - Required Must have recent experience and be comfortable working in Pediatric units - Required Must be willing to float to other units as needed Must be willing to take Charge LPN shift

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

LPN License for State of VT or Compact - Required (Facility will pend VT license, can apply upon offer) CPI Certification or similar - Preferred BLS Certification from AHA - Required

Within scope and practice of LPN, provide all aspects of Psychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned behavioral health unit/s under general supervision (PediatricInpatient ) Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders. Prepares, administers, and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications. Records information concisely, accurately and completely. Must be willing to charge LPN shift if needed Must float to other units as needed
