Perform daily verification for any changes in crew positioning (hotel and travel arrangements)
Assist with travel arrangements for Area One staff members
Verify incoming invoices for accuracy
Document e-travel cargo/groom requests for travel
General filing
Assist with disputes on hotel/ticket charges for crew and Area 1 staff members; procurement of all goods for Cargolux group by tendering, negotiating, conclude contracts, managing and administrating contracts, measuring the performance of contracts, and managing the renewal process of contracts
Control costs and monitor the expenses and revenues for the division.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
GDS Sabre and Amadeus for booking, ticketing, and itinerary management
Manual Fare Construction & Ticket Exchanges - Manually pricing and reissuing exchange tickets using fare rules, historical fares, and tax recalculations
PNR Management & Quality Control - Creating, modifying, and quality-checking complex Passenger Name Records (PNRs) for corporate clients
Ticketing & Reissue Expertise - Ticketing processes, including revalidation, reissuance, and refund procedures
Queue Management & Automation Tools - Managing queues, using scripts/macros, and leveraging productivity tools within Sabre and Amadeus
Corporate Travel Policy Compliance - Ensuring all bookings align with client-specific travel policies and negotiated rates
The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs
