Position: ALLIED-X-Ray Tech (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced ALLIED-X-Ray Tech for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon -- earn up to ($2018 - $2125 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging sessions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth goals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of imaging techniques.
Utilize data to track and improve imaging efficiency.
Assist in training new staff on imaging protocols and procedures.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improvement.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification as an X-ray technologist with current state licensure.
Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and comfort measures.
Experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Strong commitment to achieving performance targets and accountability.
Ability to maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment effectively.
Proven ability to document and report imaging results accurately.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Ability to evaluate and improve imaging techniques using data analysis.
Experience in mentoring or training new staff on imaging procedures.
