Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging sessions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry advancements.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.
Assist in the training of new staff and interns as needed.
Manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for improvement.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid certification as an X-Ray Technician in Michigan.
Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development.
Proven experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures with accuracy.
Strong commitment to patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes.
Strong documentation skills for accurate reporting of imaging results.
Experience in maintaining and calibrating X-ray equipment.
Ability to manage scheduling and patient flow efficiently.
