Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Set and achieve personal performance targets in imaging.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Monitor patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
Utilize pipelines to track and enhance work efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Analyze imaging results to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
Engage in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improvements.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in radiology.
Strong documentation skills for accurate imaging results reporting.
Analytical skills to assist in diagnosis through imaging results.
Ability to maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment effectively.
Experience in monitoring patient comfort during imaging procedures.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care.
Familiarity with using pipelines to track work efficiency.
Exceptional customer service skills for patient and staff interactions.
