Responsibilities
Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision and care.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Monitor and evaluate patient comfort during procedures.
Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance operational efficiency.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve personal performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid X-Ray Technologist certification and state licensure required.
Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
Experience in performing X-ray imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Ability to monitor patient comfort and provide excellent care.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in radiology.
Demonstrated ability to document and report imaging results accurately.
Proficient in maintaining and calibrating X-ray equipment.
Familiarity with pipelines for assessing operational efficiency.
Experience in mentoring or training new staff members.
