Responsibilities
Conduct sleep studies and analyze data to provide accurate assessments.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in sleep technology and treatments.
Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Educate patients on sleep disorders and treatment options available.
Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Utilize pipelines to track patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and treatment progress.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in sleep studies.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvement strategies.
Provide support and guidance to junior staff and interns.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified in Sleep Technology or equivalent certification.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience conducting and analyzing sleep studies.
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual performance targets.
Strong understanding of sleep disorders and treatment options.
Proficiency in using patient tracking pipelines and data analysis tools.
Ability to maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Willingness to participate in team meetings and contribute to strategies.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff or interns.
