Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and report any changes.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient treatment plans.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and suggest improvements to protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment processes.
Assist in the maintenance and calibration of radiation equipment.
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving targets.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid radiation therapy license and certification in Virginia.
Experience in administering radiation therapy and patient care.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
Willingness to engage in a results-driven work environment.
Ability to monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
Experience with performance metrics and achieving targets.
