Position: ALLIED-MRI-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety during procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in imaging.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on MRI technology.
Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal performance.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals.
Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Monitor and evaluate patient comfort during MRI procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient imaging needs.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Assist in the training of new staff and interns as needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid MRI technologist certification and state license required.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Experience performing MRI scans in a clinical or hospital setting.
Exceptional customer service skills for patient interactions.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards in imaging.
Ability to document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
Ability to maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment effectively.
Experience in utilizing performance metrics to track success.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Willingness to assist in training new staff and interns.
