Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Document and report test results in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Engage in performance evaluations and set personal growth goals.
Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the laboratory.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory accreditation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results.
Utilize data analysis to improve laboratory processes and outcomes.
Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
Contribute to team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reorder as necessary.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience in performing laboratory tests and procedures with precision.
Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
Strong documentation skills for timely reporting of test results.
