Position: ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week contract in Johns Island, South Carolina -- earn up to ($1482 - $1560 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Document and report test results in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Analyze and interpret laboratory data to assist in patient diagnosis.
Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.
Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the laboratory.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory policies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient results.
Support the onboarding and training of new laboratory staff.
Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong analytical skills to interpret laboratory data accurately.
Ability to document and report test results promptly and accurately.
Proven track record of meeting performance targets and achieving results.
Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
Knowledge of safety and quality control protocols in laboratory settings.
Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals for patient care.
Willingness to contribute to process improvement initiatives within the lab.
Ability to manage inventory of lab supplies effectively.
