Position: ALLIED-MLT-Medical Laboratory Technician (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Document and report test results in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory policies.
Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.
Adhere to safety and quality control protocols in the lab.
Analyze and interpret laboratory data to assist in diagnosis.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient results.
Support the onboarding and training of new laboratory staff.
Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent qualification.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Proficient in laboratory testing procedures and protocols.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting laboratory data.
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment with measurable results.
Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in laboratories.
Strong attention to detail in documenting and reporting results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Experience in inventory management of laboratory supplies.
