Position: ALLIED-Interventional Radiology Technologist/Special Procedures (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies effectively.
Utilize data to track performance metrics and achieve targets.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Document and report patient information accurately and timely.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures.
Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency.
Assist in training new staff on procedures and equipment.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience in interventional radiology procedures and techniques.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Knowledge of safety protocols and sterile environment practices.
Proficient in monitoring patient conditions and emergency response.
Ability to maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment effectively.
Experience in utilizing data for performance tracking and improvement.
Ability to collaborate with healthcare teams on patient care plans.
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures to patients.
Strong documentation skills for accurate patient information reporting.
Willingness to assist in training and mentoring new staff.
