Responsibilities
Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Engage in performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions during procedures and respond to emergencies.
Provide education and support to patients regarding procedures.
Document patient information and procedure details accurately.
Evaluate and improve procedural techniques for better outcomes.
Stay updated on advancements in interventional radiology techniques.
Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid ARRT certification in Radiography or related field.
Experience in interventional radiology or similar procedures.
Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control.
Skill in monitoring patients and responding to emergencies.
Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively within healthcare teams.
Ability to evaluate and improve procedural techniques.
Proficient in documenting patient information accurately.
Knowledge of advancements in interventional radiology techniques.
