Responsibilities
Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care.
Monitor patient conditions during procedures and provide necessary support.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and operate radiology equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
Utilize data to track performance metrics and achieve targets.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient care plans.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Document and report all procedures and patient interactions accurately.
Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.
Evaluate and improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in interventional radiology procedures and techniques.
Strong understanding of patient monitoring and care during procedures.
Familiarity with safety protocols and sterile environment maintenance.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in utilizing data for performance tracking and improvement.
Ability to operate and maintain radiology equipment effectively.
Excellent collaboration skills with medical staff for patient care.
Strong documentation skills for procedures and patient interactions.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.
