Responsibilities
Perform electrophysiology lab procedures with precision and accuracy.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Meet performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry advancements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Document and report lab results in compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the lab.
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding lab findings.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve lab processes.
Support the development of new lab techniques and methodologies.
Assist in training new staff on lab protocols and procedures.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in electrophysiology lab procedures and techniques.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to team metrics.
Experience in documenting lab results in compliance with regulations.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members.
