Position: ALLIED-CST-Certified Surgical Tech (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities
Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile environments.
Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.
Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal goals for advancement.
Monitor and document patient vitals during surgical procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure patient safety.
Utilize data and metrics to assess personal and team performance.
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information.
Support the onboarding and training of new surgical staff.
Assist in the evaluation and improvement of surgical processes.
Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving targets.
Experience/Qualifications
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is mandatory for this role.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Experience in assisting surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons and healthcare teams.
Ability to set personal goals and engage in performance reviews.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting patient vitals during procedures.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate surgical records.
Experience in evaluating and improving surgical processes.
Willingness to support the onboarding of new surgical staff.
