Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment and technology.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the lab.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies during procedures.
Utilize data and metrics to track personal and team performance.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
Document patient information and procedures accurately and timely.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Contribute to a positive and results-driven team environment.
Assist in the development of departmental protocols and best practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Must hold an ALLIED certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a Cath Lab setting.
Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies effectively.
Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting Cath Lab equipment.
Demonstrated experience in utilizing data metrics for performance tracking.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams for patient care.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in healthcare environments.
Ability to document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
