Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Engage in performance measurement and target achievement activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment and technology.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the lab.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies effectively.
Utilize data and pipelines to assess potential success in the role.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
Document patient information and procedures accurately and timely.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of procedures and patient outcomes.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab environment.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Experience/Qualifications
Must hold a valid ALLIED certification for Cath Lab Technologists.
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and measurement.
Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic Cath Lab procedures.
Ability to monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies.
Willingness to engage in continuous training and professional development.
Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in a clinical setting.
Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for improved patient care.
Proficiency in documenting patient information and procedures accurately.
Ability to evaluate and report on procedure effectiveness and outcomes.
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Cath Lab equipment.
