Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and sales-driven

Travel Administration & Sales Coordinator

to support our tour operations and drive bookings. This role is primarily administrative with potential growth into full-service travel sales. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, assist tour leaders, and ensure clients are well-informed and prepared for their trips.

Key Responsibilities:



Set appointments and manage the schedule for the team leader, including key task deadlines. Support tour leaders with administrative tasks and client communications. Track and manage client requirements, including passports, insurance, excursion upgrades, cancellations, and changes. Maintain ongoing client communication via phone, email, and text to ensure they are updated on all trip details. Assist with sales efforts for additional trips, private tours, and bookings through travel agent networks. Manage social media, newsletters, and client engagement campaigns. Learn and use booking software to process travel deals efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and schedules simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate client needs. Self-motivated with a professional and positive demeanor.

Compensation:



$20-$25/hour Potential for commission based on successful tours and bookings. Opportunity to grow into a full-service travel agent role with additional sales-based commission potential.

Growth Opportunity:


Starts as an administrative and client engagement position with the opportunity to evolve into a full-service travel sales role as experience and opportunity allow.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
