Trauma Focused Php Therapist

Exton, PA, US, United States

Job Description

At Sanare, we believe healing runs deeper than the surface.

Our mission is to walk alongside people as they rebuild their stories -- through the moments that feel heavy, confusing, or impossible to face alone. Our clients often come to us feeling defeated, but beneath that, we see strength. They've fought battles most never talk about, and our job is to meet them where they are -- not with sympathy, but with purpose. We're not interested in helping people settle for "fine." We're here to help them thrive -- and that requires a team bold enough to push the boundaries of what mental health care can look like. If you're a heart-forward clinician who believes the field can do better -- we want to meet you. See what real change looks like through our clients' eyes:

Real transformation requires consistency and accountability. We support each other and our clients to follow through, even when it's hard.

3. Challenge the norm.

"That's how it's always been done" isn't good enough. Every decision should move us closer to the highest quality care.

4. Stay resilient.

Growth happens through challenge. We adapt, learn, and use each lesson to redefine what's possible.

5. Walk the talk.

Integrity means action. We back our words with the work it takes to make them real.
