Role Overview

As a

Transportation Specialist

, you'll safely transport patients to and from medical appointments in a company minivan or passenger van. Most passengers travel by

wheelchair or stretcher

, so compassion, patience, and professionalism are essential.
You'll interact with passengers and facility staff daily while ensuring the safety of the vehicle, equipment, and everyone on board.

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers to and from medical facilities and appointments. Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle as needed. Maintain clean, fueled, and properly equipped vehicles. Verify trip details and communicate updates with dispatch. Complete trip logs, vehicle inspections, and daily reports. Provide a professional, courteous, and caring experience every trip.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from work. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Safe, competent driver comfortable navigating traffic. Familiar with major roads, hospitals, and landmarks in

Muscogee County

.

Valid driver's license.

Minimum age:

25 years old.

Clean MVR:

No moving violations in the last 3 years. No more than 1 at-fault accident or 2 moving violations in the past 5 years. Must pass a

10-panel drug screening

and

criminal background check.

Able to lift, push, pull, and bend without issue.
